|  William Bige Kidd, Jr., 71, of 839 Ward Road, Staley died Sunday, November 22, 2009 at Randolph Hospital, Asheboro. Mr. Kidd was born January 11, 1938 the son of William B. and Bertha (Lambert) Kidd, Sr. Mr. Kidd was a native of Chatham County, a retired farmer and a member of Staley Wesleyan Church. He is survived by his wife: Norma(Phillips) Kidd; one sister: Mary K. Stanley of Thomasville, NC and three brothers: W. A. Kidd of Randleman, NC, L. M. "Bud" Kidd of Liberty, NC, Archie Kidd of Liberty, NC; step-children, Sue B. Melton of Summerfield, NC and Steven C. Bristow of Siler City, NC; three step-grandchildren and three step-great-grandchildren. The memorial service will be Saturday, November 28, 2009 at 2:00 PM at Staley Wesleyan Church, with Rev. Alvin Brooks officiating. The family will receive friends Saturday immediately after the memorial service at Staley Wesleyan Church.
