| ![]() Dorothy Andrews Hall born February 13, 1923 in Burlington, NC, raised in Siler City, NC, died on November 11, 2009 after a long illness. She was a member of West End United Methodist Church, Siler City and attended the First Wesleyan Church in Burlington. Dorothy was a member of the Eastern Star Ruth Chapter 7, Hyattsville, MD. She was preceded in death by her husband Johnnie M. Hall; grandson, Bobby Lee Donald, Jr.; sister, Irene Fagg; brothers, Weldon and James Andrews; mother, Ava Maness Andrews Murray and father, Thomas Weldon Andrews. She is survived by her daughter, Janice Andrews Hall (Ronald) Glenn of Yuma, AZ and Lakebay, WA; sister, Myrtle Andrews Switzer of Seabrook, MD; granddaughters, Dorothy (Robert) Flynt of Burlington. NC, Cynthia (Donald) Myers of Gig Harbor, WA, Janice Lee Donald of Moorpark, CA; great-grandchildren, Johnna (William) Stanley of Bolivia, NC, Janice Hensley of Mebane, NC, Shane ( Katie) Beck of Gig Harbor,WA, Bobby Lee Donald III of Graham, NC, Jamie (James) Richard of Burlington, NC, Nichole (Tony) Whitfield of Mebane, NC, Jennifer Agee of Burlington, NC, Amber, Cody and Loghan Myers of Gig Harbor, WA.; great-great grandchildren, Taylor Atwater, Benjamin Horner, Andrew and Gabrielle Donald, Deacon Mize, Layla Richard,Chrisjen Agee and Jada Hensley of Burlington. The family will receive friends Friday, November 13, 2009 from 6:00-8:00 PM at Smith & Buckner Funeral Home, 230 North Second Avenue, Siler City, NC. The funeral will be Saturday, November 14, 2009 at 2:00 PM at Smith & Buckner Funeral Home Chapel with Hospice Chaplain, Carolyn Burris officiating.
